Helpless

“I don’t know how to fix that” are my least favorite words to say. I hate it when someone tells me they’re having a problem and I have to say those words. Sometimes I feel I could fix the problem if I had a little more time to work on it, but I still have to say, “I don’t know how to fix that.” It might seem funny, but it’s the kind of thing that can gnaw at the pit of my stomach – especially if it’s something I’m supposed to be good at. If you come to me with a computer problem and I have to say those words to you, it’s going to bother me for a long time.

The other side of that coin, of course, is that I absolutely love to fix things. I love the feeling of being able to help someone and getting everything working the way it used to – or even better!

You got something that needs fixing that you *know* I can fix? Give me a call.
