Improv

Earlier this morning (from 1:30-3:00) I had the chance to do some improv with Matt, Trey, and Ned for the Junior High All-Nighter at church. It was a blast! We’d had a somewhat shaky practice the night before (yes, you do need to practice for improv), so I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. It was great! The kids seemed to really enjoy it, and we had their attention the whole time. Some of the games we played (with apologies to ComedySportz and “Whose Line Is It Anyway?”): What Are You Doing?, Mannequins, Party Quirks, Superheroes, Chain Murder Mystery, Countdown, and Spelling Bee.

Yesterday was also my last day at Sayers. Wow. It was a good day – everybody was very nice and we went to Olive Garden for lunch, so how can you beat that? So, technically, right now I am between jobs. Everyone asks me about my new job and what it’ll be like, and I keep saying “I don’t know.” Come Monday, I should be able to tell you something about it.

Hey, let’s all be careful out there, huh?
